Job Description

The Project Assistant is responsible for executing tasks related to project delivery,



ensuring work is completed within established Service Level Agreement timelines and quality. The Project Assistant coordinates with the project team to deliver the project, being fully responsible for the allocated project tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Execute end-to-end project recruitment tasks, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery of work.
- Have an excellent understanding of project recruitment methodologies for quantitative and qualitative studies; collaborate with various members of the project team to best utilize available options to maximize internal completes.
- Coordinate with other teams to initiate internal recruitment actions including but not limited to phone recruitment, segmented emails, and other custom recruitment solutions.
