Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain daily sales records, follow-ups, and customer data.
- Handle basic billing coordination and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Coordinate with backend teams for order processing and service delivery.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric and presentable personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company policy).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in front-desk sales, retail sales, or customer handling.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
