Job Roles And Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Approvals: o Assist in preparing, submitting, and following up on documents and approvals with agencies. o Ensure timely and accurate submission of applications and reports for solar energy projects.
- Coordination and Visits: o Visit government offices, utilities, and other regulatory authorities at various locations for follow-ups and approvals. o Work closely with field teams to ensure smooth execution of project-related documentation and compliance. o Be ready to travel to project locations based on site requirements.
- Letter Drafting and Communication: o Draft official letters and applications, ensuring proper formatting and clarity. o Communicate effectively with government officials and stakeholders to build solid working relationships.
- Regulatory Knowledge and Updates: o Learn and stay updated on government policies, regulations,
and guidelines related to renewable energy and solar projects. o Provide inputs and summaries on new rules and regulations to the team.
- Data Management and Reporting: o Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring easy access and updates for approvals. o Prepare status reports and updates for the management regarding pending approvals and follow-ups.
