Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled MS SQL Developer with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in database development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SQL databases and ensuring efficient data operations for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases to support business requirements.
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Analyze database performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with application developers to ensure efficient database integrations.
- Perform data analysis and provide reporting solutions based on business needs.
- Implement and maintain database security and backup processes.
- Conduct regular database reviews to ensure data integrity and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in MS SQL development.
- Proficiency in T-SQL programming (queries, functions, and stored procedures).
- Strong understanding of database architecture and normalization principles.
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
- Familiarity with data migration and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of database security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SSIS/SSRS/SSAS.
- Experience with data visualization tools or reporting solutions.
- Understanding of cloud-based database services (e.g., Azure SQL).
