As a Support Desk Specialist, you should provide timely support to Customers with valuable interpersonal &
problem solving skills
Responsibilities:
● Provides support to customers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients
through corrective steps.
● Upselling various offers to customers through the contact center tool (Whatsapp/Calls).
● Following up with clients.
● Completing Support Tickets.
● Advanced Knowledge of help desk software & remote access system.
● Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support.
● Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
● Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution
Requirements & Skills
● Proven working experience in providing Help Desk support
● Proficiency in English
● Working knowledge of help desk software, and database management.
● Strong client-facing and communication skills
● Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
● Customer service orientation
