We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Automation Engineer for a product development company in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automation engineering and project management, ensuring seamless execution of automation projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage automation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and product development teams.
- Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop automation solutions, implement best practices, and drive process improvements.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in automation and project execution.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
- 9 to 12 years of experience in automation engineering and project management.
- Strong expertise in PLC, SCADA, robotics, industrial automation, and IoT solutions.
- Proficiency in automation tools, control systems, and programming languages.
- Experience in handling end-to-end product development projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
