Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Vice President of Engineering to lead our tech teams and drive the strategic direction of our technological development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale SaaS platforms, driving structural and operational transformation in organizations, driving programs that upskill and cross skill people,



creating operational and engineering excellence frameworks and a deep understanding of our core technologies, including Java, .NET,, AWS, Kubernetes, RDS, etc. While Velsera is a remote first company, our preference is to find a candidate in Pune given most of our technology teams operate out of our Pune office.

What will you do?
- Be a thought leader in transforming and modernizing engineering systems into technology lead digital products with modularisation, separation of concerns balanced with having the right amount of micro services.
- Own and drive resourcing and roadmap decisions with stakeholders balancing tech investments, regulatory obligations, and allocation of investments towards various revenue streams such as licensing revenue and customization asks.
- Owns transitioning of vendor staffed team to Velsera's internal teams either via transfer model or hire in and build in parallel.
