The Home Room Teacher for the Cambridge Syllabus at Stages 1 to 5 is responsible for creating a nurturing and intellectually stimulating workplace for primary students, following the standards set by Cambridge International Education within a classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement educational strategies aligned with the Cambridge curriculum
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents, ensuring open communication.
- Design and implement effective assessment processes to gauge student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary lesson plans to enhance learning outcomes.
- Personalize instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Analyze student data to adapt teaching strategies for improved academic performance.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching practices.
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience.
- Uphold child welfare and safer recruitment practices at all times.
