Role:
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer - 2 with 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling cloud-based infrastructure, particularly using AWS services. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of cloud computing and be eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, cloud-based infrastructure using a variety of AWS services including ECS, ALB, and EC2.
- Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies using GitHub Actions.
- Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve development and release processes.
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to ensure the reproducibility, scalability, and safety of cloud environments.
- Monitor and report on cloud environments, ensuring their health, availability, and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge in cloud-based technologies.
Requirements
- Proficiency with AWS services such as ECS, ALB, Fargate, Amplify and EC2.
- Proficiency with GCP services is also a must.
- Terraform is a must.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, specifically using GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of basic networking, security, and data storage concepts.
- Ability to script in common languages
