Experience: 12–20 years experience (manufacturing preferred)

Profile: CA/ MBA Finance

Skills & Capabilities:

Best suited if the company is scaling, raising debt/equity, or professionalizing

Core Responsibilities:

Overall financial strategy & governance, Cash flow, working capital & fund management, Banking relationships, limits, LC/BG management,

Budgeting, MIS, forecasting & cost control ,Statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act), Internal controls, audits & risk management,

Support expansion, capex & M&A; decisions having Exposure to ₹150–500 Cr turnover companies with Robust ERP, MIS & compliance background.
