Job Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in daily kitchen preparation work
- Help in cutting, chopping, cleaning vegetables and ingredients
- Wash utensils, kitchen tools, and maintain cleanliness
- Maintain hygiene in kitchen and storage areas
- Support in food packing, plating, and basic kitchen work
- Follow kitchen instructions and complete assigned tasks on time
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and waste disposal
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel/restaurant kitchen is preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Physically fit and hardworking
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
