- Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying trends and recommending solutions.

- Prepare and submit regular operational reports, client reports, and performance updates to the Regional Manager/Head of Operations.

- Proven track record of successfully managing facility operations and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of various facility management disciplines (e.g., MEP, HVAC, security, housekeeping).
- Experience in managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
- Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the assigned cluster, building and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
