What will you work on:

1) End-to-End Ownership of Events

* Lead the ideation, strategy, planning, and execution of branded experiences
and promotional events for Servd with full ownership.
* Be responsible for overall event profitability and scalability.
* Work closely with content, production, post-production and design leads to
conceptualize innovative, culturally relevant event formats and themes.
* Drive ideation and development of recent event IPs across Servd cities,
ensuring concepts are scalable, distinctive, and aligned with brand vision.
* Oversee and optimize all logistical elements – venue sourcing, vendor
negotiations, budgeting, timelines, and on-ground execution.
* Ensure every event is on-brand, community-first, and deli
