- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top software engineering talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the ideal candidate.
- Solid problem-solving and excellent communication skills are a must.
- Strong technical screening skills and a general understanding of backend and frontend development.
- Previous experience working in product-based companies is preferred.
- Handled client relations, Hiring manager
- Additional experience in development, QA, or BA is a big plus.
- A CS/IT degree is a plus
