Role Summary:
The Manager – Theatre Marketing & Audio Sales will be responsible for driving sales of Qube Immersive Audio solutions and spearheading theatre marketing initiatives, expanding Qube Business Operations in North India. This dual role demands a blend of strategic marketing, technical sales, and client relationship management skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales, preferably in the cinema or AV industry, and be comfortable interacting with stakeholders ranging from cinema owners and consultants to architects and integrators.

Key Responsibilities

Audio Sales:




- Drive sales of Qube Immersive Audio solutions in the assigned region and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for cinema audio products and services.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing and technical support team to promote immersive audio offerings.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings in cinema audio.
- Build strong relationships with cinema consultants, integrators, contractors, architects, and end-users.
- Coordinate with post-installation support and service teams for successful project handovers.
- Work with internal finance and logistics teams to manage order dispatches and collections.
- Track and maintain a pipeline of current and future major sales projects.

Theatre Marketing:
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking with industry professionals.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
