Role: Lead – Performance Marketing

Zolve is looking for a senior,



revenue-first Performance Marketing leader to own, forecast, and scale marketing-led revenue across geographies. This role carries direct accountability for ARR contribution, CAC, payback, and LTV, and requires strong ownership across paid, affiliate, and programmatic channels in a global fintech environment. Own marketing-driven revenue growth by building scalable acquisition engines with predictable ROI, robust unit economics, and disciplined execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Ownership & Growth
- Own end-to-end revenue outcomes from performance marketing channels
- Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization aligned to ARR, LTV/CAC, ROAS, and payback targets
- Forecast revenue contribution and performance impact on a weekly and monthly basis
- Scale revenue profitably across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Affiliate Marketing, and Programmatic platforms
