Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining statutory registers, records, and corporate filings
- Support compliance with IFSCA regulations, SEZ laws, FEMA, and other applicable laws governing IFSC entities
- Assist in preparation and filing of statutory returns and forms
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation systems
- Support preparation of IFSCA & SEZ Compliances
- Track compliance requirements and update internal trackers
- Conduct regulatory research and summarize updates
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, and internal documents
- Support preparation/review of offer documents, PPMs, and client documentation
- Maintain contract repository and track contractual obligations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for document execution
- Assist in due diligence and documentation verification
- Conduct legal and regulatory research relevant to IFSC and global markets
Phase 3: Business Operations & Advanced Compliance (Months 15–21)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business-as-usual (BAU) compliance and operational activities
- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and compliance dashboards
