About the Role

Growth Associate

Full-time | On-site | Bangalore

● This role will drive user acquisition and growth for Circle through performance marketing,

SEO, and emerging discovery channels like AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

● This is a high-impact execution role, working closely with founders and the growth team

to scale demand efficiently while building long-term organic growth engines.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant

channels

● Manage budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting to maximize ROI





● Continuously run experiments on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve CAC

● Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and actionable improvements

Digital Marketing & Growth Execution

● Support end-to-end execution of growth initiatives across channels (paid, organic, partnerships)

● Work closely with content and design teams to brief and iterate on creatives

● Identify new channels and opportunities for user acquisition and activation

● Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

● Own keyword research and content prospect identification

● Work with content team to create high-quality, SEO-optimized pages

● Improve on-page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, structure)

● Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like GSC, GA, etc. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
