Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Supervisor for our Interior & Structure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the interior and structural works, ensuring they are executed to the highest quality standards, within budget, and on time. The supervisor will manage a team of tradespeople, coordinate between project managers and clients, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Project Execution:
- Oversee the interior design and structural construction processes, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and workers on site.
- Inspect work regularly for quality control, ensuring compliance with design plans and specifications.

Quality Control & Safety:




- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company standards and regulatory safety codes.
- Monitor safety practices in office and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify potential risks and ensure that necessary safety precautions are in place.

Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead and motivate a team of workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resolve issues on-site quickly and efficiently, acting as the point of contact for any troubleshooting.
- Train and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.

Resource Management:
- Ensure materials and tools are available on-site when needed, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory of materials, and ensure that waste is minimized on projects.
