Job Description: For Reservations Executive/Senior Executive
Our Clint is a Boutique Hotel Marketing Company that offers Sales, Marketing & Reservations services to standalone boutique Resorts. Specialising in this niche segment, Red Coral has been operating successfully for the last 10 years and is currently supporting a handpicked portfolio of 21 Resorts across India.
This position is for the Goa Office in Panjim. Candidates who are based out of Goa and can travel to office in Panjim should only apply for the position. Office in Taleigao, Panjim-403002
Role Description :
· Managing Voice, Email & WhatsApp enquiries for Hotel Reservations.
· End to end enquiry management till conversion/closure
· Room inventory management on CRS & Channel Manager
· Managing TA & OTA bookings
· Maintaining enquiry database
Qualifications
· Fluent in spoken English and Hindi
· Good in written English
· Discipline and hard working individual who is pursuing learning and career growth
· Past experience in hotel reservations/ travel reservations/hotel front desk
· IT savvy with good knowledge of MS office.
Timings
· Reservation office operates from 9 AM-9 PM ( in 3-4 shifts) all 7 days
· Each shift is a 9 hr shift i.e 9 AM -6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, 11 AM -8 PM, 12 PM-9 PM. Any shift can be assigned.
· One off per week
· Saturdays & Sundays are work from home for members who do not have off on these days.
· Over all 24 Leaves in a year (EL/CL/SL) and 10 restricted holidays.
Salary & Perks
· Depending on past experience and skill salary can range between 2.4 lacs-4.8 Lacs per annum.
