- Agent Productivity
- Agent Engagement Matrix
- To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across locations
- Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
- Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically, review, design and implement plans
- Driving renewals as per target
- Branch Manager will be responsible for handling 6 to 8 Agency Managers
