Job Description
The role combines skills of curriculum design, instructional design, project management, vendor management, and technology. Curriculum Design is the process of defining the optimal training journey, or pathway, for each audience to develop any needed knowledge bases and competencies.
Instructional Design is the process of designing and developing the training courses/experiences to ensure all learning objectives are met and trainees are equipped with the specified knowledge and competencies following their successful completion of each training. Project and vendor management is the process of working with our courseware developers to provide information, guidance, and oversight in the creation of training assets.
You will design and develop curriculum and instructional materials for your assigned audiences and products, as well as participate in their creation.
• Partner with Delivery Enablement and functional areas to establish and continually improve end-to-end training capabilities
• Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to design curriculum and course content (Instructor-Led, Virtual, eLearning, Emerging Channels) with the goal of translating that into actionable learning, in a timely manner
