We are seeking a skilled professional with strong experience and certifications in the Retail Pro Prism (RPP) platform. The candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing both POS and back-office Prism functions, while acting as a subject matter expert across system components, middleware, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth understanding and provide technical support for Retail Pro Prism POS and back-office operations
- Work with Prism system architecture, including components and interfaces
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for:
- Retail Pro Prism platform
- Middleware integrations
- Data transfer and interface mechanisms
- Troubleshoot, configure, and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and integration projects
- Ensure seamless data flow between systems and external applications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Robust technical knowledge of Retail Pro Prism (POS + Back Office)
- Hands-on experience with system components, APIs, and integrations
- Understanding of middleware and data exchange protocols
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred):
- Retail Pro Prism Systems Engineer (RPPSE) – Required
- Retail Pro Prism Applications Expert (RPPAE) – Preferred / Optional
