About the Role

We’re looking for a MICE & Travel Consultant who can expertly handle both domestic and international corporate group travel,



manage large-scale MICE operations, and deliver high-quality service to our business clients.

You will lead end-to-end travel management for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and incentive trips — ensuring every journey is smooth, cost-effective, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Event Management

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their MICE and travel requirements.
✅ Design and manage end-to-end travel logistics for domestic and international conferences, incentives, and events.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venues to ensure seamless execution of all travel and event components.
✅ Handle travel-related requests for delegates, speakers, and groups — from itinerary planning to onsite coordination.

Travel Planning & Booking

✅ Use the Tumodo platform and GDS tools (Sabre or equivalent) to book group and individual
