We are in search of an experienced Bid Manager to further professionalize our Global Bid Office. This strategic role involves leading and coordinating end-to-end bid cycles to ensure the development of high-quality, competitive proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives. The ideal applicant brings experience from working within leading consulting firms and the IT industry, and has a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.

As our Bid Manager, you will be responsible for further professionalizing bid management within Plat4mation. This includes refining and implementing robust bid management methodologies, enhancing our knowledge, tools and systems for bid development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic insight.



Your role will be critical in ensuring that our bids not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients, thereby securing new business and reinforcing our position as a leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

What will you do?
- - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Plat4mation's capabilities, services, and strategic goals to effectively align bid strategies with the company's vision.
- - Lead cross-functional bid teams, providing clear direction and motivation to ensure deadlines are met and submissions are of the highest quality. This includes coordinating the efforts of subject matter experts, sales teams, legal, and marketing to produce cohesive and persuasive bid documents.
