Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
 The candidate is expected to perform basic data ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) tasks – starting with extraction of data
from the source systems, cleaning it, handling exceptions and finally prepare them to feed into various systems/tools
depending on the projects/PODs/delivery channels.
 Testing and validation of data models/data tables/data assets
 The role also requires the person to understand the data thoroughly and draw business insights which needs to be
shared with various business stakeholders for informed decision making/process improvement.
 Facilitate and manage regular meetings with senior managers, key stakeholders, subject matter experts and delivery
partners to reach targeted milestones on time.
 The candidate needs to be really adaptable in their approach and to be ready to understand ever changing business
scenarios and cater to the dynamic requirements in a smart and prompt manner
 Driving automation efforts across multiple reports/processes,



understanding the gap in the process and eventually
driving a project to move away from tactical solutions and adopt more strategic way of delivering reports and insights.
 Adherence to controls and governance is must while dealing with the data.
 The candidate must understand the basic risks arising from managing sensitive banking data and act accordingly to
manage the risks in their everyday life at work.
 Completion of mandatory trainings on time and be self-motivated to take up ample training opportunities the bank
provides to upskill oneself for future of work.
 The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
