Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain marketing technology platforms to support automation, personalisation,



and compliance, optimising for performance and deliverability.
- Monitor outbound channel performance, including message volumes, delivery rates, and engagement metrics; proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain channel health.
- Work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, campaign workflows, and operational processes to support transparency and scalability.
- Ensure all marketing communications and activities comply with relevant privacy and communication laws, including ACMA regulations, the Spam Act, and the Privacy Act; manage consent frameworks and collaborate with legal teams to embed compliance into marketing processes.
