Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Headless Sitecore Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing modern, scalable, and secure digital solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development within the Sitecore ecosystem, and the ability to lead a small development team.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience working with Sitecore, especially in headless implementations (JSS, Next.js, React).
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, Sitecore architecture, pipelines, and integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Azure DevOps preferred).
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development
- Design and develop websites and digital applications using Sitecore Headless (JSS, SXA Headless, Headless Services).




- Work on both front-end and back-end components as per business requirements.
- Ensure development aligns with best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

2. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform unit testing for all developed components.
- Collaborate closely with the Testing/QA team for System Integration Testing (SIT) and functional testing.

3. UAT & Production Support
- Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and resolve issues raised during the testing cycles.
- Assist in deployment and post-production validation.

4. Continuous Improvement
- Provide improvement recommendations for existing systems and develop enhancements.
- Stay updated on Sitecore and headless technologies to drive modernization initiatives.

5. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across front-end and back-end layers.
