Role Highlights:
- Employment Advisory: Advise corporates on a wide range of employment and labour law matters, including hiring, termination, restructuring, workforce management, and HR policies.
- Strategic & Transactional Support: Provide employment law support on corporate transactions, including M&A;, restructurings, and business transfers.
- Documentation & Advisory: Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, ESOP documentation, employee handbooks, HR policies, and separation documentation.
- Regulatory & Compliance Advisory: Advise on central and state labour laws, industrial relations, and employment-related regulatory issues (advisory-focused, not routine compliance).
- Dispute & Investigation Support: Assist in employment disputes, internal inquiries, disciplinary proceedings, and workplace investigations, where applicable.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with HR teams, in-house counsel, and senior management to deliver practical and commercially sound employment solutions.

Ideal Candidate:




- Lawyer with 3–7 years of PQE (Associate / Senior Associate / Counsel).
- Strong hands-on experience in employment/labour law advisory at a law firm.
- Candidates with solid advisory and transactional exposure preferred; routine compliance-heavy profiles may not be suitable.
- Ability to independently handle matters and engage directly with clients at the relevant level.
- Educational background: LLB from a recognised university.
- Commercially aware, solution-oriented, and confident in stakeholder management.
