Responsibilities
- Join client calls to understand unique customer workflows and business requirements
- Ideate and architect solutions for implementing Candor's healthcare data into client systems
- Serve as the technical expert explaining our API, flat file exports, and UI capabilities to customers
- Maintain and update the comprehensive data dictionary and documentation
- Set up and configure custom data exports tailored to individual client needs
- Implement last-mile technical solutions to ensure seamless data integration for clients
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinating across internal engineering teams
