POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Deputy CEO will be responsible for driving the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the organization, while ensuring adherence to RBI compliance, customer service excellence, and business growth. This role involves strong leadership across cross-functional teams, data-backed decision-making,



regulatory oversight, and hands-on operational governance of the Forex business. The ideal candidate should possess deep experience in the foreign exchange domain and demonstrate the ability to lead at scale in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership & Business Expansion

● Collaborate with the Stakeholders to define the company’s long-term vision and execute short- and medium-term goals.

● Identify recent business avenues in forex services (retail, B2B, remittance, and travel-related forex).

● Play an active role in branch network expansion, channel partner alliances, and digital forex platforms.
