Only looking for candidates currently based in Bangalore or willing to attend in-person interviews in our Bangalore office.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome. On the Job Training Provided.

Roles and responsibilities:

Designation :- US IT Recruiter - 10 Openings

• Partnering with client hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

• Sourcing and Screening resumes.

• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

• Administering appropriate client assessments.

• Experienced on working with contract and full time jobs.

• Performing reference and background checks.

• Making recommendations to company hiring managers.

• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.





• Following up on the interview process status.

• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

• Communicating employer information and perks during screening process.

• Staying current on the clients organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

• Completing timely reports on employment activity.

Skills required :-

Excellent communication skills.

Experience/Knowledge in Linkedin preferred.

Any Bachelor's or Master's degree holder would be preferred.

Basic knowledge of Word/Excel/Office.

Willing to work in EST/CST or PST shifts.

Night shift allowance is provided.

Snacks will be provided.
