ITACM:
· Ownership on ITAM & SAM for the India/Singapore (Regional Datacenter Only)
· Effective implementation and management of ITAM & SAM Practices
· Efficient Lifecycle Management of IT Assets, Software Licenses and Digital Assets
· Ensure conformance to internal and external audits
· Enable quality reporting and metrics to achieve 100% of KPIs and milestones
· Incorporate and operationally run a solid communication and governance management with the internal customers and vendors
· Move ahead on the maturity model and ensure there is sustenance, with a continuous service improvement plan
