This job is responsible for sustainable and profitable growth of the Additives business across South Asia by leading commercial strategy, developing key customer relationships and identifying market development opportunities. The role is accountable for achieving sales and profitability targets,
managing receivables and serving as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal stakeholders. Through strong market intelligence, customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration, the position supports strategic decision making, strengthens competitive positioning and delivers long-term business value.
