The Digital Enterprise Architect reporting to Head of Group Architecture will lead the design and governance of Prudential’s enterprise-wide technology architecture. This role ensures that IT systems, platforms, and digital, AI solutions align with Prudential’s strategic goals of modernization, resilience, and customer-centric innovation across the group covering 10+ markets.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture Development
- Define long-term enterprise architecture direction with emphasis on platforms, reusable components, Data and AI driven cloud-native design.




- Build future-state architecture aligned with Prudential’s business strategy, focusing on convergence, modernization, cost efficiency, Data and AI, and scalability.
- Own, define, and continuously evolve the enterprise target architecture for Digital, Traditional AI and Agentic AI solutions across the group.
- Define and communicate target-state architecture that delivers measurable business outcomes such as improved customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Establish architecture roadmaps that balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic vision.
- Translate business strategies into technology outcomes (e.g., faster time-to-market, reduced cost-to-serve, enhanced resilience).
- Monitor and report on architecture KPIs (system availability, scalability, interoperability, and cost efficiency).
