Heading Finance & Accounts of the Company
Balance Sheet finalization.
Capital and Revenue Budgeting.
Project finance planning
Finalisation of Finance & Accounts
Working capital management
Statutory & Legal Compliance
Periodic Management Reporting
Developing / monitoring accounting / costing internal control processes & review thereof;
Ensuring compliance of financial, audit & other regulatory aspects in relation to the projects;
Implementing provisions of Direct / Indirect Taxes , TDS and tax planning.
Need to handle company secretarial matter.
Desired Candidate Profile
The desired candidate should possess experience in heading Finance & accounts in Real Estate Industry.
Should have good exposure in Finance, Accounts, Secretarial, Legal.
The candidate should be a Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 15-20 years experience in any Real Estate Industry and should possess experience handling Finance and accounts of a Large / medium
