About the Role:

To serve as the Head of the Digital Suraksha Network (DSN), a not‑for‑profit
foundation established by CoinDCX to build national‑scale digital‑trust and
cyber‑safety infrastructure for India’s digital‑financial ecosystem.

The Head will lead the foundation’s strategy, governance, operations, and
stakeholder ecosystem, ensuring credible, independent, and scalable impact on
fraud reduction, consumer awareness,



and law‑enforcement coordination.

What You’ll Do:

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision:

* Define and drive the 3–5 year mission, vision, and strategic roadmap for
the Digital Suraksha Foundation, anchored in fraud detection, consumer
awareness, and cyber‑safety for Indian digital‑finance users.
* Translate CoinDCX’s commitment into a credible, multi‑year institutional
roadmap for DSN, including platform‑agnostic helplines, Open Fraud Intelligence
APIs, and public / LEA ‑awareness campaigns.
* Act as the primary bridge between the Foundation Advisory Board and the
internal leadership team, ensuring alignment with CoinDCX’s broader mission and
values while maintaining the foundation’s independent, public‑interest
character.

2. Governance & Institutional Stewardship:

* Lead the foundation’s governance, working closely with the Board to set
policies, approve budgets, and oversee risk, compliance, and inter
