Your key responsibilities
- Perform production activities including compounding, filling, cleaning, raw material posting and charging, as well as CYC stock control
- Adhere to material instructions in accordance with process orders, SOPs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Verify raw material shortfalls prior to compounding.
- Closely monitor production punctuality, safety, and adherence to GMP standards.
- Operate equipment such as the hot box, deep freezer, stacker, auto filling machine, and CIP system
- To maintain the production plant auditable state by adhering to GMP, food safety, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Understand safety standards and execute in daily activities in a safe and compliant manner.
- Understand the company's strategy and goals, and work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
