As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the successful and timely delivery of multiple projects at a time. You will work closely with various teams across Karya, including technology, design, operations, sales and finance, to define project scope,



develop project plans, and manage project timelines and budgets. As a PM, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering value to our clients and communities in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements, tasks and SLAs (service level agreements) in reference to assigned projects
- Hold regular meetings with technology, design, operations, sales and impact teams to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects to ensure on-time deliverables
- Lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases
- Serve as the final point of accountability on assigned projects
