Role Background/ Objective




This position is responsible for the development and implementation of global talent management and organisation development initiatives for R1 India. This position will work closely with Associate Director, Talent & Engagement to support and facilitate range of people and organization development initiatives.
This role requires a strategically oriented, solutions-driven professional who combines strong project management discipline with deep talent management expertise. The incumbent must be adept at influencing stakeholders, managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrix setting, and translating business strategy into scalable people solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the global talent management and local HR and business stakeholders to design and implement enterprise-wide Talent and OD strategies aligned to organizational priorities
