Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Principal modeler to join our dynamic MEP design team. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for leading BIM implementation and coordination efforts across complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will serve as a key point of contact for technical delivery, working with engineers, project managers,



and technicians to ensure quality and compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- BIM Implementation: Lead the integration of BIM processes and standards across the design team and stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to support seamless data exchange.
- 3D Model Development: Oversee and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software to represent design intent and comply with global industry standards.
- Clash Detection: Use BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks) to detect and resolve design conflicts proactively, reducing rework and delays.
- Documentation Generation: Produce and review construction documentation derived from BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance.
