DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
We are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support technical sales efforts for cloud-based data protection and backup solutions. In this role, you will work closely with sales and partner teams to help position the value of our SaaS offerings, conduct product demonstrations, and support solution design through the sales cycle.
This role is ideal for channel partners and distributors looking to build solid pre-sales capabilities to support enterprise customers

As the Pre sales engineer you will:
- Support sales and account managers by qualifying technical requirements and guiding prospects through solution fit.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and manage Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments and propose appropriate cloud backup and data protection solutions
- Assist in responding to RFPs, proposals, and technical queries
