Responsibilities
- Consult with various stakeholders to define technical enablement needs; this is a shared responsibility within the training team.
- Work with multiple teams, including but not limited to - Engineering, Product Management, Product Subject Matter Experts, Solution Architects, Sales, and Technical Support, to consolidate knowledge elements, review, validate, and ensure training content aligns with business requirements.
- Manage and deliver Technical Training to Qualys customers, prospects, partners, and internal Qualys employees, via in-person or via online mediums.
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop,



maintain and deliver exceptional technical training materials in multiple forms, including eLearning, videos, simulations, labs for instructor-led classroom and self-paced Training.
- Be an advocate for Qualys Products and contribute to the success of our training programs.
- Develop your skills to become a subject matter expert on the flagship products you create and deliver training for, and address various knowledge needs for the technical support organization, with the primary responsibility of training customers and employees.
- Manage functions in the Learning Management System relevant to your job duties.

Skills and Experience
Essential
- BSc/MSc degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in delivering technical training, both in-person and remotely.
- Minimum 2+ years of working in an IT security product such as End
