The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who thinks in systems, builds in prototypes, and ships with urgency. This isn't a role for people who write PRDs and hand them off. It's for someone who can go from a customer conversation to a working proof of concept in days, not sprints.
You'll work directly with our founding team across the full product lifecycle. From identifying what to build, to designing AI-powered workflows, to getting them into customers' hands.

What You'll Do
Build first, spec second. You'll prototype ideas using AI-powered tools like Lovable, Claude,



and Cursor to create working demos before a single line of production code is written. Engineers should be able to pick up where you left off.
Own AI feature development end-to-end. Identify where AI agents, LLMs, automation can eliminate friction in professional services workflows. Define the interaction, design the feedback loops, prompt-engineer the underlying behavior, and drive it through to launch.
Be the person closest to the problem. Spend significant time with customers. Not just in discovery calls, but in their workflows. Translate messy, real-world service delivery problems into product that actually changes how they work.
Think in systems, not features. Design workflows and feedback loops, not one-off capabilities. Ask how the system learns, improves, and scales - not just how it handles the happy path.
Drive go-to-market as a product artifact. Work with product marketing to turn launches into moments. Build demo
