We are hiring an experienced Tech Lead to design and develop high-performance software solutions. The role involves leading development, mentoring teams, and working on complex CAD/CAM and geometry-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design & development of C++/C# applications
- Work on CAD/geometry-heavy systems and engineering applications
- Mentor team members and ensure coding best practices
- Collaborate with product and business teams
- Drive code quality, performance, and system improvements
- Modernize legacy systems and reduce technical debt
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–16 years of experience in C++/C# development
- Experience in CAD software / 3D graphics / geometry-based systems
- 3+ years in Technical/Lead role
- Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, debugging
- Strong SQL and database experience
- Experience with Azure, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
- Experience in legacy system modernization
Note: CAD/CAM, Geometry experience is mandatory
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Delphi / RAD Studio
- Exposure to ASP.NET / Web technologies
- Knowledge of engineering/manufacturing applications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
