We are seeking an experienced candidate to lead our collections strategy and operations across diverse regions. This critical leadership role involves managing high-value collections, ensuring portfolio quality, and driving recovery in 500+ DPD (Days Past Due) accounts while mitigating risk.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust collection strategies for accounts in the 500+ DPD category.




- Oversee the management of collections teams across multiple zones, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to targets.
- Utilize legal frameworks and risk mitigation techniques to improve collection efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, legal partners, and external agencies.
- Monitor regional performance and adapt strategies to address cultural and regional diversity effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards in all collection activities.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and leveraging technology to enhance recovery rates.
- Provide leadership in handling escalations and resolving conflicts under high-pressure situations.
