Basic Function This role is primarily responsible for designing and delivering high-performing learning solutions focused on Data and AI training for the Analytics business. It ensures alignment with business needs and client expectations while managing the team and delivering Technical and Certification Trainings to all employees. The role also involves evaluating training feedback and providing recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of training programs. Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring trainers, periodic reporting on training initiatives, and designing specialized training modules based on need assessments. Additionally, this role requires regular collaboration with business units to address domain, digital, and functional upskilling requirements related to Data and AI, curating, and conducting appropriate training as needed.
