Job Description:
The Oracle Fusion ERP Inventory & Manufacturing Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of the company’s Supply Chain systems primarily Oracle ERP Fusion SCM. This role requires a deep understanding of Supply Chain Systems such as Semiconductor Manufacturing, Logistics, and Inventory Management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust functional and technical background and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as inventory management, logistics, procurement and manufacturing. Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting.
- Analyze business processes and requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Translate business needs into system configurations.
- Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with technical team members to develop necessary customizations, including reports, interfaces, and extensions.
- Conduct system testing to ensure the solution meets business needs, including creating test scenarios and scripts, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and addressing any issues that arise.
- Develop and deliver end-user training. Create user guides and documentation.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Min 8 years of experience in the Supply Chain process, with specific experience in Oracle Fusion ERP SCM.
