I. Job Summary
This intermediate level position is part of a team responsible for the configuration and support of software applications (e.g. ERP Oracle Cloud, Blackline, OneStream, etc.) through robust business partnership, quality insights and exceptional customer service. As part of the Finance Support team,



this role provides basic technical and analytical support delivering Finance processes. He/she will need to challenge existing solutions and lead the team in enhancing systems with an emphasis on user experience, simplification, automation, performance, and standardization. With experienced team members, may provide input for delivering Finance processes. .

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitors Finance systems, open cases and reviews current processes to troubleshoot application related issues and answers system related questions
- Responsible for supporting releases, upgrades, patches, and configuration across the assigned ERP Oracle Cloud module(s)/Finance application(s) including Lease Accelerator, OneStream, Hyperion, Blackline, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, On
