Role Highlights:
- Private Client Advisory (PCP): Advise high-net-worth individuals, family offices, promoters, and closely held businesses on direct tax and wealth structuring matters.
- Succession & Estate Planning: Assist in succession planning, estate structuring, and inter-generational wealth transfers.
- Tax Structuring & Advisory: Provide advice on personal tax planning, capital gains, trusts, and family arrangements.
- Transaction Support: Support private clients on tax aspects of investments, exits, and reorganisations.
- Cross-Practice Exposure: Work closely with corporate, M&A;, and trusts teams on integrated advisory mandates.
Ideal Candidate:
- Lawyer / CA with 2–6 years of PQE.
- Prior experience in Direct Tax / Private Client Practice is preferred.
- M&A; / Transaction Tax professionals willing to transition into PCP will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Indian direct tax laws applicable to individuals, trusts, and family structures.
- Educational background: CA and/or LLB from a recognised institution.
- Discreet, client-facing, and commercially aware with an interest in private client advisory.
